Meet the Team

Greg oversees Pearmain having been a Partner at Clem Dobson Associates since 2019. He is familiar with most property types and enjoys the full array of opportunities and challenges experienced in property management, asset management and facilities management.

Greg joined from CBRE where he was an Associate Director in Birmingham’s property management team. Previously he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Donaldsons, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the property company SEGRO. Greg also sits as a Chair and Assessor for the RICS. 

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Marie currently works on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients including a storage property investor, charitable trusts and retail of office investors.  

She joined from Virgin Media Limited as a Real Estate Manager dealing with a varied portfolio across the United Kingdom.  Previously Marie worked for DTZ as an Estate Manager for a high street bank and retailer. Her professional experience includes property management, lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals in addition to the management of nationwide alteration consent projects and involvement in sale and leaseback opportunities.

Marie spends her spare time enjoying country walks with her dog Millie, plays badminton and enjoys a number of arts and crafts.

Karen oversees multiple clients including property investors and family portfolios across a range of property types over the UK.

She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 at Birmingham City Council. 

Having over 25 years property management experience, Karen most recently worked for CBRE in the property management team, and has experience of industrial, office and retail properties. 

She has also worked for Donaldsons and DTZ where she worked on behalf of a high street retailer and various high street banks.  

Karen also regularly assesses for the RICS and mentors APC candidates.

When away from the office, she is a keen runner and spends her time reading and crafting, as well as supporting the local football team.

Adam manages the day-to-day workload for a national hospitality client, as well as an extensive residential portfolio for a family trust.

After completing a law degree at the University of Sussex in 2016, he worked for a Big Four accountancy firm before joining us to support our team and is now a Property Manager.  He is currently working towards qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his friends and is a very keen supporter of his local football team.

Sharon assists with the day-to-day management of properties, property inspections, balancing client bank accounts and service charges. 

She also deals with minor refurbishments of residential properties.

Sharon joined us in 2009 having previously worked within the construction industry for about 15 years where she gained a broad range of experience within the projects/interiors division, specialising in accounts where she qualified as Association of Accounting Technician. 

In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding and spending time with family.

Elizabeth balances client bank accounts and service charges and keeps our property management system up to date. 

She also assists with the day-to-day management of properties.

Elizabeth previously joined us in 2014 and after leaving to start a family re-joined the team in February 2018.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys riding her horse and spending time with her family.

Rebecca joined the company in 2023 and runs our Pearmain office, receiving calls and invoices and helping to organise contractor visits and inspections.

When out of the office, she enjoys going to the theatre and spending time with her friends and family.
