Christchurch House lies at the heart of Birmingham City Centre and Pearmain act as managing agents at the property.
We undertake the full array of property management and facilities management functions, running a service charge which incorporates cleaning, lift & air conditioning maintenance, fire & lighting contracts and any internal and external repair work as required. We are the first point of contact for occupiers and contractors.

What we provide
The running of a service charge at the property ensures a close eye on the operation of multiple property management and facilities management contracts and functions.
We also ensure that occupiers are using their spaces in accordance with the terms of their leases and receiving the benefit of services.
How we add value
We provide regular updates to the property owner regarding the running of the property, changes in the locality and third-party matters.
We engage on a regular basis with Birmingham City Council, the Birmingham Business Improvement District, service providers and the occupiers to ensure the space remains fully occupied, income producing and remains in good repair and condition.
