Pearmain helped to progress a simultaneous surrender and re-grant of a new lease, ensuring Tamtu Limited benefitted from no void, increased rent and a longer lease term.
We sourced contractors to carry out a full refurbishment of a property to enable early re-letting. We carry out regular property visits to identify any repair or occupational issues and have had the ability to escalate non-payment of rent, to protect income returns.
