As a national hospitality operator, Mitchells and Butlers occupies property all over the UK.
Over the past few years, it has acquired various freeholds from its former landlords and has engaged Pearmain Property to provide management services, primarily where a service charge is required. These sites include office and retail tenants who we work closely with on behalf of the client.

What we provide
We have provided a range of property management services as part of this instruction over the last five years.
Our day-to-day work primarily includes facilities management and administration of service charge. We liaise with occupiers and service providers on an ongoing basis to ensure the aesthetics of the properties are well maintained.
How we add value
We take pride in maintaining client/tenant relations and ensuring that common services are provided in a way that works for all occupiers, including the client’s own on-site business.
This ensures that the properties are a great place for business and keeps occupancy levels high. We respond to all queries in a timely manner and act as intermediary between the property owner and letting agents, building surveyors, occupiers, lawyers and many other consultants.
