Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell, London provides for an extremely well-located asset with over thirty independent retailers and a similar number of residential flats.
Pearmain oversee incoming and outgoing occupiers, and progress rent reviews and lease renewals in conjunction with consultants. We ensure the property is kept in good repair through regular refurbishments of the residential flats and by working closely with the commercial occupiers.

What we provide
Pearmain liaise with all occupiers regularly to understand space requirements, progress early lease renewals to provide certainty of occupation or work with occupiers who are potentially struggling to look at a surrender of their lease and re-grant to an alternative company.
We carry out regular property visits and provide reporting to the property owner. We are the go-to party for any Council or third-party correspondence.
