Pearmain Property Limited carry out the full range of property management and facilities management services. We also liaise with consultants to progress lettings, rent review and lease renewal work together with refurbishment, dilapidations and repair work as required.

What we provide
We support Debenham Property Trust with their extensive property portfolio which comprises a mixture of retail and residential assets and separate office investments throughout London and the South East.
We provide a day-to-day management service which includes regular property inspections and reporting, along with the review and authorisation of invoices. This is complemented by us overseeing project management and building and repair works, and through the management of rent reviews and lease renewals, dilapidations and re-letting.
How we add value
Our team progresses lease events well in advance of contractual dates where it is advantageous to do so.
We act quickly and effectively to reduce the risk of voids and to ensure early re-letting and income continuation.
We oversee an extensive repairs programme and work with occupiers where they are responsible to ensure that building aesthetics are maintained.
