What we provide
Pearmain provide a central point of contact for all retail and residential occupiers and our work involves arranging repairs, periodic maintenance and health and safety compliance as well as occupier compliance with lease covenants.

How we add value
Pearmain undertake quarterly site visits, hold regular meetings with the Site Manager and with contractors both remotely and on site.
We regularly engage with residents and retailers on matters of importance and ensure that any queries are resolved in good time, as we never underestimate the importance of successful occupant engagement with a development of this size.
Specific to the retail element, Pearmain ensure that value is added and retained as an investment by assisting with new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals. We liaise regularly with our client, lawyers, letting agents and building surveyors. Our strategic approach, in addition to our hands-on property management skills, results in a thriving shopping precinct attracting a variety of business uses which provides a pleasant living environment within a well-presented development.
